Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return or exchange. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide an exchange as requested. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and we will replace the item(s) or issue a refund as soon as possible.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If there is a delay or issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.

Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 within the continental United States. For orders under $50, a flat rate of $5 will be applied. We also offer expedited shipping options for an additional fee. All orders are shipped via USPS, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

Lifetime Guarantee: At KISS, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our products, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If you ever experience any issues with one of our products, please contact us for assistance. We will work with you to find a solution and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
