At KISS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We strive to provide our customers with high-quality heirlooms and exceptional service. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Our support team will evaluate the situation and the next best step for you and your client. In some cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and get a replacement created right away.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and for the credit to appear on your account. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately as we begin processing orders right away. If production has not started on your order, we will cancel the order and issue a refund. If production has already begun, we will assess the next best course of action to make things right for you and your business.
Order Processing: Our standard turnaround time is 15 business days. Our RUSH handling turnaround time is 7-10 business days. This does not include holidays. If there is a delay or issue with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Lifetime Guarantee: At KISS, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to your satisfaction. We offer a lifetime guarantee on all of our products, which covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. If you ever experience any issues with one of our products, please contact us for assistance. We will work with you to find a solution and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
If wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage does occur, we can help your client get a remake at an additional cost depending on what can be saved from the original order.
