Here’s ten minutes of bang for your buck: Frank Doorhof is about to take you through a quick video introduction to the new Elinchrom ELC Strobes.
Frank Doorhof got his start in the Netherlands doing sports photography and animals in motion, later moving on to model photography, and has since expanded his palette to include artists, designers, musicians—always seeking to capture character over glittery image.
Among the reasons why you don’t want to bypass this ten-minute video review, would be the following: (1) his chill Dutch accent, (2) his pithy delivery of lots of rich content, and (3) the somewhat surreal interspersed footage of high-fashion models prancing inexplicably about. Doorhof tours you through the features and settings, and shows you the Elinchrom ELC strobes strutting their stuff through a variety of scenarios.
Possibly excepting the prancing models, this video (though engaging) is 10 minutes of solid content and no filler.
